Use of the AITailorMade portal ("Portal"), including all its modules, tools and content, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Portal. The Portal is operated by Sinibaldi Jordan ("Owner"). These Terms are governed by Italian law.
AITailorMade is a digital portal providing the following services: - BeGreen: plant recognition module from photo with AI assistant for care advice. - BePDF: client-side tool for PDF operations (merge, split, compress, convert). - BeTransfer: temporary file transfer service with expiring links. - BeElectric: electrotechnical and electronics reference portal with diagrams, components, problem solving and calculators. - BEIT: IT commands catalog for Windows, macOS and Linux with search engine and solutions. - Donations: voluntary donation module via PayPal supporting the project. Services are provided as available ("as is") and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
The user undertakes to use the Portal solely for lawful purposes compliant with applicable law. The following are expressly prohibited: a) Introducing, uploading or transmitting unlawful, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, violent or third-party rights-infringing content. b) Uploading files containing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware or any other harmful software. c) Attempting unauthorized access to systems, databases or restricted areas of the Portal. d) Conducting mass automated scraping, flooding, DDoS or any other form of technical system abuse. e) Using the Portal for one's own commercial purposes without the Owner's written authorization. f) Passing off Portal-generated materials, content or outputs as one's own without citing the source. g) Bypassing, disabling or interfering with Portal security mechanisms. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or block access to users violating these Terms.
Content generated by the Portal's AI modules (plant identification, electrical assistant, intelligent chats, diagnostics, etc.) is purely informational and for support purposes. Such outputs: - Do not constitute professional medical, agronomic, electrical, legal or other advice. - May contain inaccuracies or errors arising from the AI models used. - Cannot be used as the sole basis for decisions impacting health, safety, property or third-party rights. The user is solely responsible for their use of information obtained through the Portal and the consequences of their actions. The Owner is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from exclusive reliance on automated outputs.
The Portal, its source code, design, original textual content, logos and graphic materials are owned by Sinibaldi Jordan and/or the respective third-party authors, protected under Italian and European copyright law (L. 633/1941, Directive 2001/29/EC). Reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or commercial use of the Portal's original content without the Owner's written authorization is prohibited. Content uploaded by the user (images, files, texts) remains the property of the user. The user grants the Portal a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
The Portal integrates third-party services: - AI provider (GitHub Models / Microsoft Azure OpenAI): for generating intelligent responses. The user is informed that submitted prompts may be processed by Microsoft AI systems. Microsoft's terms of service apply. - PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.: for processing voluntary donations. PayPal terms of use apply. The Owner is not responsible for the correct operation of PayPal systems. - OVH SAS: hosting provider. Content is hosted on OVH infrastructure in European data centers. The Owner is not liable for malfunctions, interruptions or changes to third-party service conditions.
The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Owner does not warrant: - Continuity, availability or error-free operation of the service. - Accuracy, completeness or fitness for a specific purpose of content or AI outputs. - Absolute security of transmitted data. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for: - Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or any other type of damages. - Data loss, loss of profit, business interruption. - Damages arising from unauthorized system access or third-party cyberattacks.
The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, update or discontinue the Portal or parts thereof at any time, with or without notice. These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated with a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Portal after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Portal, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, subject to any mandatory legal provisions (including consumer protection rules). For users acting as consumers under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the mandatory protections under current legislation apply.
